Design review Applique or Embroidery Part 1

This first of a series of 3 videos gives an overview of a viewers design and how it could be made better. In Part 2 I will show how to create an Applique from the image and in Part 3 I will digitize a smaller version of the image with embroidery objects.

About the size, are you implying it's better to start with a smaller image? I have a large hoop and would have been happy with the original size.

The original size is fine, but choose carefully how you digitize. An applique at the original size would work well, but not a design that is full of step fill, as the large areas will pull in too much.
