In big and famous restaurants, which is what the winner in these shows are definitely going to enter, its a lot like hells kitchen, almost everyone is constantly stressed, especially the top chef so he or she is gonna be yelling a lot, especially when an unsatisfactory dish is presented, and the top chefs are a LOT worse than what Alvin is being here, so if they can't handle Alvin being like this, then there's no way theyre gonna survive in the real deal.

Go to a large restaurant with an open, observable kitchen and you will know what I mean. Hells Kitchen is heavily edited and most of the competing cooks are just plain awful in both skill and character. Selfish people should be banned from working in kitchens.
To be honest, in all masterchef Canada seasons I have never seen a perfectly cooked flank steak, Miranda undercooked it and Beccy overcooked it. This steak brings bad luck

I don't know how people were not able to see the emotions on becky's face. I could literally see that she was on the verge of crying. And when the Chef said, Hey, Hey don't smile. I genuinely felt bad for her. As I could see it that she was very sad and was just trying to be more optimistic about it at the time.

She’s clearly not the type to cry or show any emotion really and the first time I see her do it, she gets called out and embarrassed for a misinterpretation. She was about to cry, she didn’t find what he said amusing at all.
