- During the trial of Sarah Boone, the prosecution played a shocking video captured on the defendant's phone, showing her yelling at her boyfriend, Jorge Torres Jr., who was believed to be intoxicated and sitting on the floor. In the video, Boone later tells Torres, “I don't love you, I don't like you, I don't want to be with you.”

Florida woman Sarah Boone is accused of killing her boyfriend after she allegedly zipped him up inside a suitcase and left him to die. Jorge Torres Jr. suffocated to death inside Boone’s Winter Park home. Boone claims they were playing hide-and-seek, she forgot he was inside the suitcase, and she fell asleep. Video evidence from the night of Torres Jr.’s death shows the victim inside the suitcase yelling for help while Boone records the video and laughs. Boone called 911 the next day saying her boyfriend was dead. She was arrested for second-degree murder.

I first thought when he was on the floor in the hallway, that he was speaking to an officer. He was saying ma’am and I didn’t recognize her voice. This voice is very different than the one in court. She’s not fooling anyone.

I am recorded regularly by my baby’s father who lives with us. I am wondering what the behavior is. I see him going through the same treatment and it breaks my heart. 😢

In the 1st video he was about to walk downstairs and she stops him to continue her rant...you do NOT do that if you are scared!
It kinda gave me a picture of what could have happened that night. Weak sad drunk Jorge standing with his back to those stairs, having to finish listening to her abusive crap. Then Sarah violently shoves him down the stairs backwards. Then whatever else she did to him after that, when she went down there.
Definitely the thing that stuck out to me most when I saw this the first time & now again… She kept saying “Get away from me, go downstairs!”, yet she’s the one who goaded him when he was doing just that (multiple times). Ridiculous. Also pointless to try to argue or have a conversation/discussion about someone who is intoxicated-she ought to realize this.
For someone that "lived in fear," she sure pushed his buttons... so she wakes him up to yell at him for bothering her... I keep going back to the fact that he never had DV charges in the past until he got with her... she instigated it. She woke him up to instigate him in this. I think everything she said to him was actually how she felt about herself. She is disgusting..

At this point it looks to me like she fabricated most of it. The relationship was exact opposite of what she described.

Sarah is an abuser. She thrives on being a bully and then presenting herself as a victim. I think that's why she chose Jorge to be with because he is of small stature and doesn't pose any genuine threat to her. She bullies, humiliates, antagonizes and provokes him. Seeing him on the floor and hearing him say, "yes ma'am" in his beaten down tone of voice killed my soul.
I think her exhusband was the one who said Sarah clawed him (the ex) and that he wouldn’t fight her back. He claimed Jorge would fight back.

The prosecution has been so-so for the most part, but it has been their best move, to end their evidence with this footage. It undermines Sarah's cutesy demeanour in court, and we get to see Jorge as a helpless person set upon by viciousness. It's going to stay in jurors' minds all evening before closing arguments.

He finally felt it was somewhat safe to walk away but she wouldn't stop. He had to pay attention. If he kept walking it would have escalated because "oh just walk away you always do that you never listen to me". And he'd have to start explaining himself again, it starts all over.
