- Hello and welcome to another OMSI 2 video!
So we're back on the Saint Servan map for OMSI 2, however this time we're taking a look at the latest DLC from Halycon Media, the IVECO Low Entry Family Pack.
This addon will set you back £16.23 on the Steam store, and for that you'll get over 40 models to add to your game! Okay so that's a hell of a lot of buses, but are they any good? In short... yes! I think the addon is absolutely brilliant and well worth the £16.23 they charge! I think the map has also improved since I last drove it, although that could just be my new PC that's handling it better.
Anyway sit back and relax, whilst i'm blown away with how good this addon really is!

Good morning Joe how's you ? I hope all is well 👍🏻 thank you for all these great Uploads you do on TH-cam im hooked I've bought a lot of games on steam because of you lol. Anyway I hope you have yourself a lovely weekend.
Had a test lesson on a coach (A Van Hool TD915 or 950 which had seen it's fair share of kilometers). Probably the 2 weirdest things to hear were: "Aaaaaaaand now we start steering fully right" about 2 seconds after your mind was like "Shouldn't we be doing something by now?" upon entering a roundabout and having the nose shave the bushes there.
And the other thing was "And we are going to invade the other lane a bit and force traffic to do something with our presence because we want to keep our mirrors" (there was an overpass that had it's support column in-profile of the bus).
Gave me lots of new insights for my dashboardproject, but also just in general for taking busses and trucks into account. I had a good driving instructor for the car when it comes to taking those slower, bigger vehicles into account but wow did that change my perspective.
Loving this channel.
I like seeing buses from other countries, nice to have the variety

Hey there Joe! Good OMSI Content as always, where did u get this hof file? I cant find one for Saint Servan V2 that works with Crossway buses
One of the only buses I know on Omsi that has a fully working detailed undercarriage; full suspension, inc swing arms, steering linkage, driveshafts, engine pulleys and belts and moving gear stick linkage that really moves when you change gear! Is the Citybus I280 DLC
Personally it should have its own camera view underneath! I’m probably only a handful of people that read about it and view it lol
Saint Servan is good map but if I load map some textures and object is missing and I dont know how fix it. Can someone help me please? Thanks
I can't believe I'm commenting after watching just 7 min of the video, but god that seems like a great bus! I'm very impressed with how it seems to run and the sounds and everything. Nice!
Edit: I both love the map and dislike it at the same time. That's quite impressive of the mapmaker to make me react like that to be honest.
It's an absolutely fantastic bus, and I really recommend it!

These mods are purchased through the Steam Store, so they just install for you :) Though most others are just drag n drop into your OMSI directory :)

An articulated bus, is more easy to send around corners than a 12 or 13m bus.

i think the solo's would be perfect for this route consider how small the bus is
Pneumatic entry doors are great and all until the bus is lent too far to one side. Door side too far down? The door won't seal properly and while you can still drive the wind noise that you enjoyed not having has now returned. And on the other hand, Driver side too far down? The door will seal fine, but that's becuase it's slammed shut and now your passengers probably need new pants, and are likely staring daggers at you.

How do you get good fps on omsi2?
There's not really a straight forward answer to that question haha. It's mostly tinkering with the settings until you find something that works for you :)

As much as you might find on bus announcements annoying. For disabled people, particularly those with visual impairments, they are invaluable.

Map and bus are brilliant. BS21 can't compare with this.
I play both OMSi 2 and Bus sim 21, and i don’t get why they don’t do so many variants in BS21, only release some 3 stupid versions..
What if you like me Joe registered blind and has to rely on the announcement I am enjoying watching these no I do have some site I wish I could actually play the game

Hilarious seeing Joe get confused by that one lane street. You can use the entirety of it but you should be past the white line when overtaking a cyclist. If you cannot do that you must wait behind the cyclist. They're very commonplace in the Netherlands.
Next stop announcements are very annoying on a 3 hour bus journey late at night when you want a nap on the way home - when you think you'll be able to fall asleep it decides to announce something. I'm not too fond on having them on trains either.
