Nice boat. I wish they would have shone the foam for flotation installed. Make sure you have plenty of diodes on it so you don't get electroless on it . As an amateur boat person when you see the sticker price on a quality boat I think wow that’s expensive. After watching your video tour and I saw the craftsmanship and hard work that goes into one of these, I did a 180. It actually seems cheap for what a quality product you got. Great investment that you worked very hard for and hope you’re enjoying all of it. Congratulations again.

My son is an electrician he installed all the electronic equipment at home by himself he worked full time so he only worked on the boat on the week end, he installed radar , radio, stereo systems, 16” reset gps display on dashboard 2 transducers 1/400’and 1/3000’,2sd bilt pump, horn, some extra outside led lights, tri Al charger for 2 batts, external live tank and pump, he also has 2/150 hp Yamaha outboard motors on the boat, we went sea trial last month in Pittpurg delta

I have a 1957 star craft aluminum boat 17 feet long fully restored new paint floors everything new I use for strippers and shad fishing in Massachusetts I love this boat they don't make them like that anymore very well made back in the day can't wait to take her out again and catch monsters strippers and shad very soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Really nice to see the factory. I have watched their videos over the years but this video was more informative and less theatric. I know my Offshore was not made in that new building.

I worked for Hewscraft, the build seems more personal. I love the warehouse design. With Hews it was very , “ get your 14 per day”, many corners taken. Love Dave Hewes, his production supervisor Elton was a bully.

In Alaska outfitting, the only boats that never required weld repairs were Willie drift boats and North River offshore boats that really took a pounding.
Beautiful boat Chris!! I have 22ft welded soft top. Love it. I up graded to a 2500 truck though. Huge difference. 1/2 will do it. But 3/4 or 1 ton is controlled safety thing.
The truck seemed to handle it fine, plenty of power. Its the hybrid motor, has high torque and HP. Only issue is the 9mph towing it down from 21-22mph i normally get. Thanks for watching

Looks good. You won't regret removing those side rails on the trailer before you take it out for its maiden voyage.
