It's always recommended to use a humidifier irrespective of the weather, however, you can adjust the humidifier level from 1-5 based on patient requirements. Data is stored in the machine and you can view it on the device screen or use a USB to import data to your computer.
Based on Oxygen Times' recommendation, I purchased an Oxymed CPAP machine from you, which you marketed as convertible to a travel CPAP by removing the humidifier portion. As I travel frequently, this feature was important to me. However, when I tried using an HME (Heat and Moisture Exchanger) filter to operate the machine without the humidifier which I bought from your representative, I encountered a smell issue. Can you please guide me on which filters to purchase from your site that will allow me to use my Oxymed CPAP machine without the humidifier portion and effectively address the smell issue?
The smell could be due to bacteria buildup in the filter. You might want to consider switching to a BVF+HME (Bacteria/Virus + HME) filter instead of just an HME filter. Keep in mind that this type of filter is designed for single-night use and needs to be replaced after each use. We don’t sell filters, so you may want to check Amazon for options. While traveling, a practical solution could be to use your CPAP without humidification, possibly lowering the pressure if possible. However, for the best results, using an actual humidifier is always recommended.

As our Dr recommended manual airsense 10 elite only coz of cardiac pateint at pressure of 7.0cmH2O but i m confused between these 2 as price difference is less. Does manual elite has better algorithm or data reporting and does it have auto on/off feature too?
AirSense Elite is a manual CPAP without advanced algorithm. It's better to go for any AutoCPAP/ APAP and use it in manual mode instead so that you have the option to use it in auto mode in case your requirement changes in future. All AutoCPAP machines have both auto and manual modes in them and can be operated as manual CPAP also. Hi, this is called rainout, caused by condensation in the tube. You can fix it by lowering the humidifier setting, using a heated tube, insulating the tube with a cover, or avoiding a very cold room. Let me know if this helps!

Yes, there has been a delay in launch by the manufacturer. Can expect it anytime now, however existing model of Oxymed SleepEasy already has the components for cloud connectivity inside them so whenever it is launched it will get enabled for all users (even the ones who purchase machine at this point of time).
New software is expected to be rolled out soon and we will surely create a video for that. Till then, you can share the data with the company and they will generate a report for you free of cost.
Is there a video explaining what is difference between CPAP\BIPAP and Oxygen concentrator? Because the oxymed mini concenterator costs the same at 13.9kg and only 1 to 5 litre output. But this CPAP at less than 2kg produces 60 litre per minute, at same cost? If this produces 60l, which means its a super concentrator right? Which you never mentioned in a single word. If it concenterates that much oxygen, with so many advanced features, then people should quit buying those 5ltr 6 ltr and heavy weight oxygen concenterators and buy this right? Purpose is solved anyway in a much better manner, right?
Oxygen Concentrator and CPAP are two different devices for different types of patients. Please note that CPAP doesn't provide supplemental Oxygen, it just provides pressurized air. Whereas, Oxygen concentrator provides supplemental Oxygen and is used to increase Oxygen saturation of patient. Please consult your doctor before using any of these machines.
