Theres a reason major manufacturers still
use the old school antennas. It’s a height indicator when entering a parking garage.....
The stock antenna serves one not-so-obvious function. The Raptor sits so tall, the antenna is taller than the body so it's a useful clearance warning so you don't break off the sharkfin.
I didnt consider this. The other thing I realized is it still has the shark fin and the antenna. does the stick antenna even function or is it just visual for the baja affect
Raptors aren't lifted. If you park one next to a platinum 4x4 F150 or a similar spec f150, they're the same height. They just appear taller due to the ground clearance.
Antennas do, however, help in parking garages, but I never had an issue.

Nice truck with great mods! Curious about the part of video where the camera is focused on the front suspension while driving it. If you watch closely you can see your upper control arm bushings are allowing your control are to move from front to back as if they were loose. Is this something that is common with Raptors?

The air intake system is bs even tuned doesnt do jack.. but please please use the Pro Dry S air filter element or and equivalent DRY type... dont use oil types like K&N. Especially with your turbos and sensors....dont take the chance with the oil... if done properly they are Pretty safe..but it still has a chance of messing up sensors. So... and 2018 and up are dual injection but i also use a dual oil separator baffled and filtered catch can.

Theres a reason for the Antenna because people lift pickups ussually so its so you can make sure you dont hit the truck

The raptor took 3rd in 2008 at be baja 1000. Didn’t mod anything just rolled off the factory line. There’s very little to improve on the raptor.

I have a retrac. You have to seal some of the leak with 20 dollars weather seals at homedepot tho. After that, it looks slick

The long antenna has saved my truck a few times. Truck did take on hit from a branch though. Would have been much more damage if I had a small antenna.

"Pacifically designed"
A few comments. A cold air intake does not void the warranty of a Ford pickup. The "yucky" yellow light instead of LED is required by law. LED's have not been approved as the plate light source in all states. Steel bumpers are indeed more resistant to impact but the molded bumper you have will resist more than you're willing to throw at it and you don't want the added 200'bs of weight.

What you're saying about air intakes is false, it improves throttle response and overall sound of the vehicle. you'll get more low end performance, especially with a tune. Air intake systems are supposed to be one of the last things you do after adding a supercharger or turbo charger.
All your mods are for looks. "Looks aggressive". And its Eye-back... my 19 raptard is great stock but my pre runner eff one fiddy is nuts
Brandon Mize invalid, performance springs in the front prevents the nose from diving down to far and scratching when taking a jump, then Baja design lights are well respected in the off road industry. They aren’t your cheap amazon light bars. They are used by professional Baja racers and are perfect for daily use especially here in the out of town places here in Colorado back dirt roads, not public roads.
If it was ”looks ” people probably would’ve just add a standard level kit, Amazon light bars, and rims instead of beadlocks ready wheels with loud point less mud tires and call it a day. This man truck severs purposes he’s a real enthusiast.

The seat release is a cheap China knock-off from the BuiltRight Industries one.
Like others have posted, that long antenna is a great feeler gauge for low ceiling/objects. Also, regarding the K&N air filter, I would sure dump that as soon as possible and stick with the factory/Wix/Purolator filtration. I little research will quickly reveal why you DON'T want a K&N.
