Put everything you're unsure of on sticky notes first. They are easy to remove and they will give you the opportunity to visualize what the page will look like. And, you don't have to stress using up that cute paper! :)

I would think it’d be nice to use the planner as a place to take notes on what you read. … maybe putting notes into subject categories. So one book might have notes in more than one category.
