The cost of Hong island tour and 7 islands tour is almost the same, even time taken to cover the two tours is the same. Cost of both the tours will be around 1300 THB (subject to negotiation ) inclusive of pick ups, drop offs, speedboat cost, breakfast and lunch, and national park entrance fees.
We personally felt Hong island is better because you get picturesque islands and also the highest point in Andaman sea together in the same tour.
