You want to use third-wave water with distilled water, as it has nothing until you add the tww packet. Purified water has purities removed but is not a zero starting point.
That’s what I thought, and that’s why I use their espresso recipe in my Decent. I do have some of their classic recipe and only use that for pour overs.
Would you use it in a brewer like the ratio six ?

Are you talking about the Third Wave “espresso recipe” or their “classic coffee and tea” recipe? I believe the espresso recipe omits calcium?
@@aps8811 I have always used the espresso profile. There is a dark roast profile but I have not used it for the machine (rarely use dark roasts).
