    Ingredients :
    Fresh pumpkin 450 g.
    Coconut milk 200+100 ml.
    Water 200 ml.
    Coconut sugar 50 g.
    Brown sugar 50 g.
    Salt 5 g.
    Pandan leaves by 2 leaves

    How to cook:
    1. Begin by preparing your pumpkin. Give it a good cleaning and a light peel, then cut it into bite-sized chunks.
    (Optional: If you prefer a firmer texture, you can soak the pumpkin in limewater for 20 minutes, but today we're going for that soft)
    2. Get your pandan leaves ready. You can either tie them or get creative and craft them into beautiful rose flowers.
    3. In a pot, combine 200 ml of coconut milk, water, coconut sugar, brown sugar, a pinch of salt, and pandan leaves. Heat it over low heat until the sugars completely dissolve and the mixture gently simmers.
    4. Add your pumpkin chunks and let them simmer until they've softened up. Then, pour in another 100 ml of coconut milk and give it a good stir.
    5. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil once more, and then it's time to turn off the heat.
    Pumpkin dessert is ready to serve. It's a taste of pure comfort and happiness :D
