Partner and I both have Mars in Capricorn, but he is manglik. Also his Ketu is over my stellium and my Ketu is over his stellium in a chart. We are both Venus retrogrades. 0 passion, attraction or anything. Both very cautious. Our Moon/Ascendant both have a 5/9 relationship though.

Mrigashira gives stalkers, if conjunct malefics it can even be dangerous. Debilitated Sun can also give posessiveness if you ask me, because the person feels insecure without a partner. They must be in a relationship in order to feel confident, and since they are so insecure in relationships and themselves, they tend to be possessive and get jealous very quickly. Venus Anuradha sounds right as well, Anuradha is all about devotion but Venus doesn't feel great there. Then we have Ashlesha in Cancer, they are clingy and possessive. Clinging to you like a snake envelops its prey.
@@amethyst6386 thanks for the response I've attracted stalkers before so I was looking to see if it's my fault (I know logically it's not) and I have Anuradha venus and 7th lord jupiter in Ashlesha, men try to bind me to them even as friends like energy vampires and mould me like a doll, dara karakas moon in Mula and one guy I haven't seen in about 10 years is still obsessed online. They put down roots in a weird way and use 'researching' me as an early excuse. Very Mula.
One really famous handsome guy is just awful like gaston but oddly fixated (I avoid those clubs now) and his shravana moon conjunction with ascendant is in the same sign as my rahu so KRS said it causes obsession because moon is their mind and it gets consumed by the snake head, trapped forever.
