As a leo Lagna, my Ketu is in 7th, in the sign of Aquarius ! so both factors for karmic qualify. As an aside, in navamsa as a libra rising, my ketu is conjunct venus.

In my case none of the above applies but my darakaraka is their atmakaraka and my atmakaraka is their darakaraka ...his Asc is my descendent and vice versa, both our lagnesh are in virgo sign We both are going to run same house Lord dasha next year (vague point but let me add) in both charts all planets are either opposite to each other or over each other. In my 7th house I've Saturn Jupiter conjunction he has same conjunction in Asc in D9 chart.....etc

In Babylonian astrology, they say when you have the opposite ASC as someone it shows a short lived karmic relationship. Not good for marriage and also people whose ASC is your 12th house sign. Because it shows the karma that is ending in this life for you.

@@therealsaraswati In that case you need to see where the lord of the 7th house is and the degree of that planet in that sign. Based on the degree you will see the nakshatra in which it is placed. That is the nakshtra of your 7th house lord.

Yes, it should be applicable for navamsh chart as well because if lagna is body then navamsh is soul and for seeing any kind of karmic relationship with partner navamsh In any way should not be omitted , navamsh shows our dharma and and marriage so it can't be ignored when making any decision about marriage , karmic relationship or dharma that a person is destined to perform in his or her life .
