After doing a lot of research this is actually the best project on golf course extension road, very close to golf course road and much better facilities than Mahindra Luminare or M3M Golf estate or Grand Arch(you can't compare as grand arch is way cheaper). Banking on the big name like Hines as they are the builders behind One Horizon(in collaboration with DLF)
It’s too cramped. Does Not have sufficient natural light in the room’s. Could have been better designed. Have look at PRESIDIA 2595sq ft flat or 2440 sq ft flat. The flat has more sun lighter & gives a airy feeling.
