Ive never seen a video of Adam hugging one of his brothers. only Jodie and a few of the women he had a fling with. the Crucible doesnt count. anyone know?
I guess that's the way his character was written. The closes Adam came to hugging one of his brother's was when he had to hold Joe up on Sport in the episode; "My brother's keeper."
Gayle's analysis strikes me as absolutely correct. Remember, Adam had adult responsibilities and experiences when he was still a boy. The way he chose to cope was to keep emotion inside. When those emotions forced their way out, usually in the form of anger, they were fierce.
