I like the idea that the Guardians were collecting enough units during the time between ENDGAME and LOVE AND THUNDER in order to pay the Collector for Knowwhere

I really enjoyed this special it was cute. But I really wish the after credits scene was Bucky either waking up and finding out his arm is missing or him destroying his place searching for his arm or him getting cussed out by Ayo because he lost the arm lol

I didn't realize earlier that Groot's presents were all callbacks from this film itself 😭 Except Drax's gift, they all looked like moments from their time together maybe never shown on film. But I'll never get over how awesome his gift to Kraglin was. Sean even looked like he was genuinely reacting to it!

Such a joyful and fun project with emotion. Pom killed it here with Dave And Kevin. Mantis And Peter's final scene was so heartwarming. Hope Marvel does more Specials and hope to get a prequel special of Rocket And Groot. Can't wait for Vol 3 and hope to get the trailer by the latest December.

I was thinking about Community the whole time. Groot's gifts are modeled like stop motion from Abed's Uncontrollable Christmas. It all had a very Dan Harmon type feel to it.
I really enjoyed Mantis and drax shenanigans on earth. They are just a great duo, I could watch a series of holiday specials just going on wacky adventures.

Peter pulls that weird face before the reindeer line, showing confusion at the 'what the heck's a turtle dove'. Also the people could be freaked out because last time there were spaceships, half the population disappeared 😳
I really enjoyed this special. It's nice to be able to enjoy the MCU without the fate of the universe hanging in the balance haha. Plus, it's nice to see our favorite characters just enjoying themselves.
This special was brilliant absolutely loved it from start to finish my sides hurt from laughing so much lol. 😆 First Christmas thing I've watched this year gonna be pretty hard for anything else to top it.

Just an addition- the lyric about the elf wanting to be a dentist is a reference to the old Rudolph cartoon where Hermey, the elf dreams of being a dentist instead of making toys.
The sleeping with the fishes line is a robot chicken reference because on the robot christmas special the elf bombs as a dentist and goes back to santa for his job and forgiveness. Santa says he can some back then has him killed godfather style on the lake in a boat by another elf.
I love the special, it was so funny I am excited to see what they’re going to do with a High evolutionarily in guardians of the Galaxy, volume three. As well as seeing how Walker got Buckys viburnum arm

It was so pure, no bad guys, no gore, only Christmassy love.
Kidnapping isn’t pure, but Mantis is so sweet and softly spoken that it’s easy to look past it.
