I noticed throughout my life some so called friends kept getting jealous and trying to compete, and I'm like why am I the person they want to be like/measure themselves up to anyways? The only person I'm competing with is myself. They can do the work on themselves like I had to and continue to do. My Grand Father retired as SGT. Major from the U.S. Army. I loved him soo much, he was my father figure all throughout my childhood. He left me all his pins and Metals when he passed. In fact I did try to end my life, but in that near death experience i was shown how much love the universe is. it is without condition, something i had never known until i peeked at the other side. in death I found life. I was both afraid to die AND also to live. All of a sudden,, that voice in my head, my dad telling me I wasnt good enough my whole life, was an illusion. It was me all these years tearing myself down, the conditioning of the family i was born into engraved into my subconscious. Not my dad, me! I realized that our brains are plastic, malleable, continuing to build new networks and synapses every time we have an emotion or experience, meaning you can rewire the shit. I heard on joe Rogan, think of it as a hill covered in snow and every time u have that conditioned or subconscious trigger, that rut digs deeper. it becomes the easiest path for neurons to fire along and becomes automatic like breathing. I believe therapy thru psychedelics' (mushrooms) can lay a fresh foundation of snow and now ur able to sled in any direction consciously. It changed my interpersonal relationship with myself. I didnt even know whose voice i was always hearing. i guess what im saying, if u struggled from abuse, like myself, that shit is buried so deep in ur mind that u cant feel the difference between whats true and what has been conditioned. You think they are your own thoughts, and in a way yes they are, but they were put there and confirmed many times over for you to believe them. That was exactly what I needed to hear and while I was watching this, my person messaged me. Some of the things I have known have been happening for a while. There are a lot of negative people around him who have tried to keep us apart. So, instead of continuing to listen to it, I have ceased to exist in their world. He and I continue as we have and he does not talk about me to them. He is my twin, I am sure of it. The current physical separation triggers me at times and I have a difficult time remembering that it is not real. Separation is an illusion and I am loved. Thank you for your positivity.
