PONTIANAK TEO CHEW BBQ PORK AND CHICKEN RICE

Soy Sauce Eggs:
4-6 boiled eggs
500 ml of water
3 tablespoons soy sauce
45 grams of brown sugar
little bit of oil
Soy Sauce Chicken:
1 kg of chicken thigh
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
Pepper to taste
Soup and thick gravy:
2 pieces of chicken thighs
2.5 lt of water
5 tablespoons tapioca flour (mixed with water)
Salt, chicken powder and pepper to taste
Fried garlic
Toppings:
4 pieces of Lap chong (Chinese sausage)
2 cucumbers
1 packet of salted vegetables
Meat char siu / siok bak to taste
Fried garlic
