Spoilers below 👇🏻 What a fantastic performance from the team! It’s a shame they fell apart in the last 30 seconds because they could’ve gotten at least 25!! But still, 23 absolutely deserves to win! I honestly thought Paul was going to catch them with the way he was playing in the first minute, but he got unlucky in that second minute. Also, 10 in the last 35 seconds!!! We rarely see that from Paul nowadays, 14.5 chaser speed too, respect! ✊🏻
At the same time though, 5 of his 7 errors came in that last 35 seconds. Granted, two of them were down to just taking a punt and jumping in with nothing to lose but the first minute is one of the most impressive minutes of a final chase there has been since 2018 probably! ‘Michael Kors’ was the start of the avalanche, everything imploded after that. Had he pulled off slightly after the game was completely out of reach (after ‘Dustin Hoffman’), he probably would’ve come to within 4 or 5 of catching the team, still with at least 13.0 speed which would’ve been very good still. It would’ve been nice to see it get closer, who knows how close it would’ve been had the interceptions paid off.
Credit to him he did play brilliantly however hes the one chaser that always bottles it and makes silly mistakes, shame cos hes fast aswell, imo if he stopped making as many mistakes hed be unstoppable! And he would be near marks level
@@Harvey1211 I guess it kinda shows… Trading too much accuracy for speed can be just as bad as not going fast at all. Like, I’m glad he played fast, but that was almost a sloppy second minute from Paul - you wanna see fast final chases where the chaser is *_racing_* to the finish, not where they’re stumbling trying to catch up only to end up further away than they could’ve been.
Those gents were very smart. Here's a breakdown of what I feel would be a fair share of the £100 000 just based off of the final chase Robert £45 000 Ria £6 000 Dallas £40 000 Cherry £9 000
@@leehenry5764 at the same time though, it’s a celebrity special, they make certain concessions occasionally. There have been several questions over the years where they’ve asked ‘BLANK plays what character in the TV Series BLANK?’ or something along those lines. And if the celebrities are able to just give a forename, that’s deemed good enough as opposed to giving the full name. Funny enough, as I was watching it last night, I said ‘England’ and heard them say ‘Britain’ and thought ‘Oh I’ve been too specific here, it wouldn’t be accepted’ so I never counted it in my target. It would’ve only brought my target to 15 as solo player anyways so I still would’ve been caught in 66 seconds so it’s largely irrelevant in my case haha.
@ITVWalesAdoniaMashokoEven so. Your comment is unkind, considering that Paul's been diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease and he's probably losing control over his limbs. He needs good wishes and prayers, not unkind comments. I really hope you'll rethink your comment and delete it.
@gameshowclipsThank you for defending the gem that is Paul Sinha. I found out today that he is a qualified doctor and of Indian descent (I didn't know his surname before and I didn't realise that Sinnerman is a play on Sinha). I also found that he has been diagnosed with Parkinson's. As an Indian myself, I'm damn proud of him and will always think of him as Supriya (which means "beloved" btw). I'm also sending him lots of positive vibes. He's a great competitor on The Chase and I'm sure he is beloved by many.
The sinner man actually looked gutted he lost. He thinking these buggers raised money for charity I couldn't stop them loooool. He'll be crying at home 😂😂😂😂😂
I think it's more annoyance. He did what he had to do - jumping at answers to make time and they laughed him. Kinda hated the contestants on this one honestly.
I remember watching this the other day. One of the best finals I've seen on The Celebrity Chase.
It's always Henry VIII
"What kind of creature..." -> It's always bird or fish
"What TV soap..." -> It's always Coronation Street or East Enders (rarely Emmerdale)
"What river..." -> It's always Thames
"What dairy product..." -> It's always cheese
"...in what board game?" -> It's always chess
@@Algorox "Which grafitti artist..." -> Banksy
"Which Swedish furniture chain..." -> Ikea
@@Algorox Also fruit is almost always apple

What An Good Final That Was
The celebs questions are so much easier
True, because they are playing for charity
@@Lovemechipsyand it’s meant to be more laid back xD
Cherry had a messy bun herself lol
It’s nice to see a final chase where the celebrities are actually smart.
Without those wrong questions at the last 30 seconds, they can get up to 26 or more.
Darragh's celebrity chase got 24+1

yeeeeeahhh!!!!
Are they ever gonna get any proper celebs on this show? Basil brush is the most famous they’ve ever had
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Finally they have stopped putting the result in the title... Hopefully it continues
One brain vs 4 l don't think he did that badly
How does Paul not know Micheal Kors? I don't know if I spelled that right but at least I know what it is.

Robert £45 000
Ria £6 000
Dallas £40 000

kkkkk
I had a look on OQS, here is what they put into the prize pot:
Cherry: £8,000
Dallas: £7,000
Ria: £3,000
Robert: £82,000
Is that the highest celebrity target?
I think so. With the exception of the Soccer Aid 2022, that Darragh had 24+1.
1 was wrong the Mary Rose set sail from England in 1620 not Britain. Britain only became Britain in 1707.
There have been two 24s, one against Anne, one against Darragh(that one became 24+1)
@@PlaidhaxXAhh the Rachel Riley one, I think they were three and took home 66 grand
@@leehenry5764I think they accepted it because it was a minor technicality
This show has really gone downhill 1707 Britain became Britain, so in 1620 the answer is England.

@davewhitaker7748 you hated the contestants for winning and out playing the sinner man. Doesn't make sense.
