    I really enjoy seeing these older tractors working. You do a great job of giving us the great footage, and the great history behind them.

    Like to see more AC. Pretty sure I have more hours on a 190 than all other tractors combined, so I have a special appreciation for Allis

      +generationll the 4W220 is a rare one. BTP saw serial number one 4W220 last fall.

    Any chance of finding a White Plainsman artic and doing a feature on that ?

    • @LordMuck
      @LordMuck 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have never seen one over here in England. We had a few Field Bosses but that was it. In fact I don't think I've ever seen a decent photo of a Plainsman.

    Is it the same as the stieger that was built for co-op implements in canada?

    • @bigtractorpower
      @bigtractorpower  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes it is. The CO OP small frame is a Bearcat I and II. Which is the AC 440.

    Sure wish these and many older tractors never had the cummins 555, cummins 500 and cat 3208. These cheap, poorly designed engines are the reason so many of those lovely tractors died. In addition to the IH v8’S

  • @thegreenerthemeaner
    @thegreenerthemeaner 7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Big fuel drinker that 903 V8 Cummins.

    • @thegreenerthemeaner
      @thegreenerthemeaner 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Nellson Stout I stand corrected! Yes, 555s were another throw away motor, like the 8.2 Detroit Fuel Pincher. The 3208 Cat almost fits in that category. The 3208s can be made to survive and actually scream. The Perkins V8 are also another borderline engine. Most of them I have seen are well ventelated. The other 2 are just horrible money pits.
