@@skrimpjuice Yeah. Honestly I may keep it as a “hobby” company. Just have one truck and a route with a day a week of work. That way I can enjoy it and it not be my full time thing.

Right now I usually use a pair of Maxgrips, the ones with black robber dots on the hands. They are thin yet flexible and they dry super fast.
The other pair I just got is a cheap pair of Project Source Yellow HighVis looking gloves that way my driver can see my hands in the early morning.
Cant forget the dump gloves - thats my pair thats trashed but I use them for dump only
