I think you could mabey rent it from game fly (I think that's what it's called) and they have a bunch of older games but they might like skip and stuff but ya

Last holiday season. I spent the entire weekend going to flea markets, game stores, and pawn shops looking for this game for my mom for Christmas. Could not find it, must be a very rare game if that.
The Wii is, famously, sadly limited to 480p output via AV cable. This is most likely done on an emulator, which can render at higher resolutions (and makes screen capturing much easier). Without an emulator, your best bet is probably a Wii U, though I don't know how good it'll make it. Unfortunately there's not really any way to get the Wii itself to a higher resolution, since AV is pretty much limited to standard resolutions. Kind of sad that they didn't bother putting in some sort of upscaling/increased render resolution for those mini-Wiis that released a few years back (they used HDMI, which is capable of HD video).

We need a new game called switch party for the Nintendo switch.
Pretty sure they tried to do something like that when the switch was first released, 1-2 switch was the name.
