【出荷整備】ビューエル S2サンダーボルト ほぼレストアに近いレベルでしっかり整備！

- S2サンダーボルトの出荷整備です。
内容的にほぼレストアになってしましました。
９５年のバイクなので、約２６年前のバイクになります。
電装系を一新させるのが重要になってきます。
主に発電系統のステーターとレギュレーター、バッテリーとバッテリーケーブル、点火系のDYNA2000Iを交換。さらに、純正のワイヤーハーネスが新品で手に入ったのでそれも交換しました。正直やりすぎですが、その分不具合で故障する率はぐんと下がります。
キャブレターもオーバーホールしてセッティング済み。これにより、エンジン不調で止まるといった不具合は皆無にできるでしょう。
さらにはフォークオーバーホール、ホイールベアリング交換、ドライブベルト交換等、足回りもぬかり有りません。
おかげで自信をもってお渡しできる一台に仕上がりました。

It's a 1995 bike, so it's about 26 years old.
It is important to renew the electrical system.
Mainly replace the power generation system stator and regulator, battery and battery cable, and ignition system DYNA2000I. In addition, I got a new genuine wire harness, so I replaced it. To be honest, it's overkill, but the rate of failure due to defects is greatly reduced.
The carburetor has also been overhauled and set. This will eliminate any problems such as stopping due to engine malfunction.
Furthermore, there is no undercarriage such as fork overhaul, wheel bearing replacement, drive belt replacement, etc.
Thanks to that, it is finished as one that can be handed over with confidence.

おかげさまで贅沢に整備させていただきました。外装の劣化に関しては仕方ないと思いますが、オイルやキャブレターの中もきれいでしたし、丁寧に乗られていたんだなと思います。

Absolutely fantastic watching someone bring a beautiful bike back to life again. I own three of them myself my favorite is my S3 T that's been completely hot rodded out. 135 horse out of the rear tire without the 50 shot and offsets on board LOL it's definitely a fun maker
