Even if someone doesn’t love you or like you, whether it be a family member or even a friend, you can always know that Gods love for you is so vast, so deep, so wide. He will never stop loving you!!

Hey skit guys! Can you make a skit or a video about the different types of people you would see in thanksgiving? Like there’s the cook, the football fan, sleeper, etc. I feel like you guys can accomplish this! The lesson would be about family.

@Psychodegu I agree with your assessment of the context of the letter, it was a very sad response to say the least. This is what our materialistic culture has turned in to, Men only look for beauty, and beauty only looks for money, or security and not true love. This was evidenced in the lack of the I love you too, Why did he have to ask a second time? Was it because of his insecurity that the marriage might not be based on true love? You hit the nail on the head, and saw what I saw.

Sadly this is the only reason(some)men and women go to church. I've been guilty of it. Not to hear the sermon, or to worship God, but to meet someone with like minded values. I'm not knocking finding a spouse in church, it's (probably) the best place to do so. But, God knows our heart's intentions, we cannot hide anything from Him. God knows our hearts better than we do. Read Jer 17:9. Also sadly, the divorce rate among professing Christians is the same as non-believers. Funny? Yes! Sad? Yes!

@calvinclemons030 Yeah it almost seemed like he was pulling teeth to get an I love you. It seems weird to me that they would start with an example of perverted/poor love to help explain the true love of God. To explain the unconditional love (note not unconditional justice) of God, with this poor example of obviously conditional love, only confuses the message.
@Psychodegu It seems as though the Emerging/ Emergent church and it's ways are slowly but surely creeping closer and closer toward it's prey, the body of Christ.
But have no fear, for it is not possible for the true body(the elect)to be deceived. I believe these guys do mean well and have a few skits that really get to the heart of the Gospel, others are way off message. I'll keep praying for these guys to get them all right.

"Maybe! Buy me something and we'll see!" That is disgusting, sounds like that girl is overly materialistic. If that was the response someone had to me, I would crumple it up and throw it away. Imagine if God passed you the note, and you said, give me stuff then we'll talk. Men have worth more then to be used as a gift dispenser to women. I'm really disappointed in you 'skitguys'.
"BUY ME something - and we'll see" Is this a culture/US thing? It seems so obvious that she might be greedy and in it for material things, what _she_ would get...Most men in my culture would run :D and not towards...
