Complete Coverage: New Emergency Department for Eugene

Just over thirteen months ago, PeaceHealth announced the closure of their University District Hospital in Eugene, the fallout of which we've been covering closely.
But some relief as McKenzie-Willamette CEO David Butler made public plans to open a new satellite emergecy department (ED).
This comes after healthcare concerns erupted after the closure of PeaceHealth's University District Hospital in December, something Eugene Mayor Lucy Vinis has been vocal about.
