- I’m so excited to finally share this room transformation with you!
Been wanting a bigger workspace and we had an empty bedroom in the house that had SO much potential (just look at that view!), I just had to turn that into my home office.
I went for a very simple design so that it highlights the amazing view of our garden, and I’m so so happy with how it turned out!

I love the warm and cozy light you got from the lamps and light bulbs! What lights bulbs with what lumens and kelvin number are they? I’ve been having trouble finding bulbs that feel nice on my eyes when they’re close next to me on a desk.

It is nice that you chose a proper office chair over some more aesthetically pleasing ones but are unergonomic.

I need someone like you. If we were together we'd spend our time doing this and often thinking of about the next room or corner to start with (lol)... P.S. get indoor plants 🪴 that'll make give the room an organic feel.

I love the minimalistic desk area and the flowing transition into the garden. They compliment each other so well. It makes it feel like both areas belong together. :3 Also your dog seems so loving and cute! And your dad is so clever with his idea to just redo the whole part of the wall! * _ * (I do agree that the keyboard sounds very loud though. XD After I switched to Apple (I see you have a MacBook too) I actually prefer the sound and feel of the apple keyboards. They hit the perfect feel and asmr soundspot for me. Thank you for the nice inspirational video! =)

Do you need the computer on for the moniter to work or can it be off and can tho moniter run by itself

Always rewatch this video whenever I'm bored. Loved your new desk setup.🌻🌻🌻 How you like your new desk so far? I've been eyeing for this Lagkapten desk with aldis too. Is the leg stable/not shake if you accidentally bump the table top?
Thank you! It’s been great! I installed the Alex drawer as well to make the desk is sturdier, so no such issues so far :) the smaller desk at the side without the drawer does move a little when anything bumps on it tho

Thank you for watching! Yes it’s the LAGKAPTEN and ALEX from IKEA indeed. My desk is made of a 140x60cm and a 120x60cm LAGKAPTEN :)
