I just made this with slight variations. Came out pretry damn great
I used 2cups peanuts, but I only had 1.5 cups coconut milk, i added a bottle of peanut Suppligen to blend it out. Mines needed more than 2cups liquid. I also asded a green plantain. I use whole milk to blend that.
I didn't have any vanilla extract or vanilla essence so I used pure maple syrup. I also added vanilla lasco with the condensed milk as sweetners. Mi ting tun up. Thanks chef👍

I blended my peanuts with oats and just water, added the vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon a tip a salt Loll,
and sweeten with condense milk and its perfect.

yes. Soya milk or any other plant based milk.
denise brown soy milk is not good. almond milk, rice milk or coconut milk would be better.

Somebody give me a tip please this is my favorite porridge but I can never get this perfect it has too much grains in it and just not how I want it to be.
If there is too much grain you need to blend the peanuts more, also make sure your water is boiling while you add the peanut blend STIR, DON'T STOP STIRRING because if you do the porridge WILL lumpy. No one wants lumpy porridge!

Shorte forte you add salt so you dont have to add that much sugar it contrast the sweet flavor so you can get a sweeter taste with less sugar
