And it all started with the langdale pikes! That was a few years back. Nice one again.

A few years?.. Let's call it about 40 for good measure!! (I still remember the oversized leather walking boots and two pairs of thick socks... Plus I still have my walking staff with my badges on... Its a little small for me now!) 🙏 💚

Cheers Paul, had fun making that one, even if I was only out for about 5 hours (messing around with the drone was a blast, getting to see your landscape from a different viewpoint is quite thrilling!) 🙏 💚

I love the look of Cissbury Ring - I wonder what the wildcamping options are up there.....
Nice lightweight little burner setup there, perfect for a quick boil for drink and food like that. What fuel have you used? The Colemans one is a go-to brand but there are others which I'm not sure are as good. Anyway, thanks for letting me tag along with you on your wanderings. Cheers, Warren :)

Cheers Warren, it's an alcohol burner (same as trangia), but engineered (in my opinion) to use the least amount of fuel to get to where you need it (I was honestly suprised on the second boil that there was fuel left from the first one in there!)
Cissbury Ring is a beautiful place... It can get quite busy due to dog walkers and familie as its not far from the town, but still... I always enjoy the views!
As for wild camping... I have done it in the past (back in December '21), but you have to be quick to get up and pack away as the sun comes up, otherwise the dog walkers give you dirty looks! Cheers for watching. James 🙏 💚
