@@cavemanstore Thanks for the clarification. I did resole my saucony shift 3's. They are always tilting inwards after 700ish km, causing orthopedic problems. I sanded the Foam down on the outside and glued a sheet of rubber to the big toe area. The shoe is now better than a new one! Fits perfectly and is supportive. Time will tell how long they'll last, but anything above 300km would be totally worth it.

Really nice craftsmanship! What are all the different glues/fluids you used in this video? I thought it's sufficient to just use one glue.
Thank you for your comment, in VDO I use primer and glue , it is used specific on the sole and shoes material
