I’m so proud of the fact I know Karl’s poems word for word. In years to come when he’s studied in schools, I’ll be able to write my kids homework about Karl’s poetry.

I get what Karl means when he said my brain doesn't tell me when it's thirsty. It's called interoception. The ability to recognise signals from your body. I'm hungry. I'm thirsty. I need to go to the toilet. Your brain doesn't send strong enough signals to your body to make you realise you need to do these things regularly. It's very easy to be dehydrated and not realise you are. It's incredibly common in neurodivergent people. I'm autistic and have ADHD and have poor interoception too.

Ricky is always going on about Karl not having been in an danger w his kidneys. Lots of people die during routine procedures. Andy Warhol comes to mind , there was some actress w a plastic surgery death, and some actor undergoing a much done , usually safe operation just since Covid..

I can't quote everything but look at questions for Karl and really listen to what he has to say, Ricky really wasn't listening and kept laughing which annoyed me when I was in HS first listening to the podcast.
