Pre obd2 fun times. Tune up. Clean all them sensors/replace if look bad until it starts running better. If iy sat for a while swap out the fuel filter. Check the injectors. Could be anything that makes it run rough lol.
key off on off on off on, 6 digit code from check engine light, middle two digits is what you want to find the code. first two and last two dont mean anything.

Do the rear pipe-bumpstops/spring retainers not bottom out
Also new fuel regulator , that’s what maintains fuel near the injectors while starting , if it’s bad fuel is going back to the fuel pump
Get new fuel pump , and get all new ignition kit
