I have all those ikea items saved prior to seeing this video and have yet to buy because I need to see everything in person but I agree it’s hard to feel unique when it’s in everyone’s home.
Also, bamboo material is actually not very sustainable in the long run. Yes, the plant itself is a quick turnover. But they use extremely harsh chemicals that can be dangerous to the environment and to the employees to actually turn it into a usable fiber. And they actually cut down forest for endangered plants to grow the bamboo “forest”
