- The 7-foot-4 big man is currently fifth in the nation in scoring as he averages 23 points per game and 12th in rebounding at ten boards per contest. Edey has been a double-double machine all season long, even against the best teams in the country which has led to his stock skyrocketing up draft boards.

OK his foot work looks a bit slow, but that can change. He reminds me of Mark Eaton, who was a beast in the low post and a defensive monster. Mark was taken in the fourth round and had a great career. I think Zach can fit well in the NBA, he's got the size and won't be pushed around.
I think He'll be okay in the NBA. For his size though, he's not great defensively. He doesn't challenge shots agressively and he only averages 2.2 BPG. At his size, he should be at 3 BPG at least.
I hear ya. It's worth noting that Edey averaged 25, 12 and 2.2 blocks in his senior season while Mark Eaton averaged 1.8 points, 2.4 rebounds and 0.5 blocks per game. Eaton was obviously a beast in the league but Edey is coming in way more ready.
I see some Yao Ming and Big Z as well. Edey will end up being a solid player. I think he just needs to get with a trainer to work on quickness a little, work on hook shots every day with both hands and develop a reliable little FT distance stand still shot from all angles. Personally I think a lot of big men need to just watch Tim Duncan and copy his fundamentals. If I were Edey I would look to also get a short distance bank shot like Duncan had too. On defense just be nasty, rebound and bother shots. He would also do well to watch Arvydis Sabonis and watch how he passed.
I hope the hawks draft him. Trae and Edey would be a scary duo. Capela's time in Atlanta is over
His big slow ass ain’t doing anything here in Atlanta. He I is definitely a rotational player at best. I’m not hating either
heck ya. hes so efficient the block, once he seals you it’s a wrap. yao like
If the hawks draft him to play with Trae… it’s Over! Dynasty in Atlanta multiple chips
Future Heat🔥🔥🔥
Man I hope so , this is all we need . Respect in the paint 😤
Good footwork and hands... Man amongst smaller men. I'd like to see more of his passing game and his defensive ability, but if his game translates to the next level, he's going to be hard to deal with. I especially appreciate that you don't see him bitching about foul calls.
Spurs about to draft him. Then we going to have the 2nd generation of the Twin Towers!
Great take! I Never thought of that being a good possibility. Wemby x Edey duo
Imagine that... Holy Moly! The N.B.A. won't know what to do with those two.
If Miami Trade For Another 1st RD Pick, I Would Love To See Miami Heat Draft Dalton Knecht, Zach Edey In The 1st RD & Draft Pelle Larsson In The 2nd RD 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯💯❤️❤️❤️❤️
Oh you’re a delusional dreamer lol 😂
Memphis will end up with him that’s why they traded Adam’s He is a big and better version of Adams
Memphis would be a real problem with this man
Welp lets the problems began. GO GRIZZLIES!!!
Victor 2.0
Bulls

Bulls needs a true defensive Center, Nikola Vucevic is a liability for the Bulls on defense. And Drummond isn’t the best rim protector. Zach Edey can do a lot of Chicago!
Hopefully Masai Ujiri pick Zach Edey for Toronto Raptors
Toronto Raptor can start the rebuild in this years draft. Zach Edey would be a great center piece. Masai Ujiri likes length and size to building a roster
Unlikely Poetle and Kelly just signed
Lakers baby
too slow for nba....
