It was throttle & service brakes work all the way down through the S-Curves. Those were the days... And the Engine was numbered # 6699
They are made to burn SVO (Straight Vegetable Oil) with no consideration on the environment whatsoever. Well, they are leased by KTMB of Malaysia, one of the world's only known railroad monopoly company which at that time did not make profit. Steel railroad wheels have only 17 percent of the resistant of rubber wheels. However, it still did not work well for Malaysia
