- Hey friend, I know this is a little late, but wow has it been a stressful few months! I really open up in this one about my experience as a mature student, starting a degree at 28 and now about to graduate - or not?!? 😩
I also take you on a rollercoaster journey of emotions as I tell the story of my final weeks of university and a major attack of anxiety, followed by some lovely calming nature walks for you to share in the moment of peace! 🌳

Congrats on persevering with your work, despite your anxiety! I only ever managed to get through one year of college, because my anxiety was so bad, due to my aspergers and ADD, and would end up turning into depression. So I take my hat off to you, although I do think there is too much unnecessary pressure put on everyone these days.

Aww thank you Kate! Aww yeah that must have been difficult. I did several different courses straight after school and never managed to finish them for similar reasons, so I’m definitely proud of completing it… and relieved it’s done forever hehehe. But you’re right there is too much pressure, it’s not right for everyone and that’s ok, and sometimes people need far more support than they receive 💔
