Nice idea with the bottle top to use with the stuffing. Casings are hard to source so i much prefer your no skin method. Its actually the best ive seen.

Thanks sa sharing ng knowledge ninyo help us a lot, one thing baka makatulong instead ng ginupit na plastic bottle mam get ziplock then yung dulo na which is the sealed part cut it to make a hole (not too big) put yung meat sa loob ng ziplock and squeeze yung meat dun sa hole mas mabilis and hindi po messy (para kang nag iicing ng cake but meat instead.)
Na try nyu na ba yan? Kasi mas mahirap yang sinasabi nyu Po
