    바닥에서 허리 코어 유지하면서 정자세하면 50개만해도 잘하는거지 40넘어가면서부터 삼두 다 털리고 피고싶어도 안펴짐 대부분 갯수 많은 분들은 코어 다무너지고 상체만 올라오던가 가동범위가 짧던가 둘중하나임

      싹다 특급은 걍 나옴 애초에 푸쉬업 윗몸 다 가라라서 .. 진짜 기록은 3km 밖에 없는데 그 마저도 부대마다 3km 정확한 코스 있는곳이 없어서ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
      3km 12분30초는 저분들 체력으론 걍 껌임
      아마도 5km부터 기록에 유의미한 차이 있을듯
