  • Join us to watch Casey's first multi engine flight training lesson in the DA-42 Diamond Twin. We took off and started prepping him for all the maneuvers that will be required on the commercial multi checkride. #fly8ma

Wish I could fly that Diamond Star. I flew a DA40 and loved it along with the G1000!

Any tips on how you took that picture on your thumbnail? I’m so afraid that my GoPro will fly off..
Also where is the centerline on the right seat? Do u align it with your left leg?

Always in the center on you! Put it right between your legs....the nose gear will be within inches of the center line. Trouble with the "left or right" leg technique is you'll generally over compensate and wide up left of center in the left seat and right of center in the right seat. Put yourself right on the centerline and whether its left or right seat, or a cessna, challenger, or airbus, you'll get the nose within inches if not right on where you want it
