1.Strictly speaking Vice-President, Jagdeep Dhankhar should be neutral while managing the Rajya Sabha of the Parliament in the capacity of Chairman of the House.
2.Those who watched the TV news might have noticed the function of VP cum Chairman in the Rajya Sabha.
3.He is not maintaining any decorum inside the Rajya Sabha, & on many occasions he used to talk with Head weight, as if he is the overall authority.
4.Such Head -weight person would ruin very soon on their own as explained in BG-18:58 (Bhagvad Gita).
5.Vice president can be removed by the members of Rajya Sabha. He/She can be removed by a resolution by the members of the Rajya Sabha. A 14 days notice period is required to be issued, resolution is passed by the Rajya Sabha but it must also be agreeable to the Lok Sabha of the Parliament.
6.The President of India may dismiss him as she deems fit, for not being neutral & not maintaining decorum in the Parliament House.!!!
