After battling stage 4 ovarian cancer for 18mths..Tom.got his diagnosis at this time, he battled same length of time, then God called him.. You can tell all the band members were around tom in case he fell. He was struggling to walk at this point clearly. Tom was a strong person to keep going where most people in his situation would fall apart. RIP, time to rest now Tom

Max and Tom's bond is unbreakable since day 1, that's for sure. Max has always made sure to stay by Tom's side since the heartbreaking news of the diagnosis. I'm sure that Max himself has treasured these last few moments with Tom and tried his best to make him happy until the last breath. The same goes for Jay, Siva and Nathan; I hope that they truly treasured these last years and will continue to grow for Tom's sake.

It drives me so crazy with tears to see in his last moments he was still thinking about us. He obviously had to make sure Kelsey and the baby’s were gonna be fine but he put this together knowing we might not have another chance to see them all together again. In everything he was going through and everything his body was going through Tom still thought of us and got on that stage to perform with his brothers for us one last time. Tom I’ll miss you and I’ll never forget when I met you in 2014 and I cried out of happiness and you held my face in your hands and wiped the tears from my face laughing saying “ don’t cry over me, not over me. I’m nothing special “ when I’m fancy you’re everything special

my wife is a medic at York Barbican and she met the lads in the corridor after a performance just 5 days before Tom died (Tom wasn’t there) she spoke to max and she said to me when she got home that she could tell by max’s persona when she asked that it was not looking good for tom. So sad, gold forever radio 1 live lounge Toms voice at its best ❤
