Now I understand why the boys were singing to Tom and had him on stage in that throne. They knew his time was running out, so they wanted to make sure these last days of his life the best he’s had. RIP Thomas Parker, you fought hard now you’re an angel. 🙏🏼💔😭

Literally I think since they reunited they knew they were running out of time they wanted tom to have the best time of his life these last months he had god it still not feeling real that Tom is actually gone ..
This song has such a meaning now with the brave, strong and beautiful person that is Tom passing away, im gutted i never got to see this tour but this is so heartbreaking them knowing its near the end but Tom still wanted to be with the boys💔 my thoughts are with Kelsey and family and the boys everyday. I truly believe they did this tour because they knew Tom wouldnt make it through. They wanted to relive it as all of them together one last time before he passed. Very sad 🥺

gilioblastoma is 100% terminal in almost every case, and most people pass in in 12-18 months. He was at about 20 months and definitely knew it was coming
It was Tom's idea originally.
They defo knew it was coming with his brian tumour he had 18 months to live. Thats why they got back together because of tom and did the tour to complete his last wishes with the band

Well we might think it's not fair, but we can't say no, I cried while watching these video, and I try to understand why. RIP TOM PARKERS.
The thing I find most amazing? Even though he wasn’t singing, he wanted to make the most of the life he had left and be there for his fans and maybe make a little more money for his family, even though he must have felt incredibly ill and tired… That’s a man right there. Beautiful ray of sunshine ☀️ inside AND out. RIP Mr Parker 🙏🏻💙

Honestly I believe Max Siva Jay and Nathan will give part of the $$$ made on anything to Kelsey for her, and for her and Tom's two beautiful children. They aren't just friends, they are brothers, brothers brought together by this career and industry, but they were the best of friends and brothers doesn't always mean blood relatives especially in that industry. The other four will make sure Aurelia and Bohdi will know their father. Same with this video just posted, and the many others. Aurelia and Bohdi will have so many video memories of their father, a legacy. He is an incredible man to do this for us, and to think his last wishes in life were to be on tour with the boys one last time and to be on stage for the fans, and he even got Aurelia and Kelsey there to see him perform one last time IN LONDON!

I'm in tears, and it's weird cause I never get affected by celebrity deaths, but Tom... He was a genuine good soul, like you could tell that he was a good person. And the guys also, I guess they all knew what was going to happen, they have been absolute pure hearts at sticking by his side through these last good memories for him.

Well chadwick boseman had cancer and passed away but unlike Tom he was never open about it

No-one could have had better friends than Tom. I can’t stop crying seeing how tender and supportive they were of him. Singing the words to him, was hugely significant. Tom was surrounded with love 24/7 and he deserved it. He was a very, very special man and In his far too short life, he touched the lives of millions. How lucky we all are to have shared this world with him. Love to The Wanted, his family and friends and most of all Kelsey, Aurelia and Bodhi. x
oh god, they knew. looking at this when it first came out, i was in denial, i had hoped they were just enjoying the moment back on stage with him. but they were really taking this in for reason cause they knew it was gonna be the last performance with him. i’m heartbroken for them.
It’s wonderful to have them back but so sad at the same time. It’s 100% for Tom. He’s such an inspirational trooper. He has such a young family too. Life can be so cruel and unfair. Always give thanks for life & good health. 🙏🏽X
I have tears in my eyes whenever I watch this. He knew, they knew, the fans knew that these are his last days and they looked happy and glad they can be together. He will stay gold forever. I´m heartbreaking

@@debbiebriggs4864 It's just unthinkable i hope it doesn't affect his mental health because i know he went through a lot years back. Watched the video were TOM went to speak to the young woman (AMANI) who also had the same illness as him it was so emotional. The young woman died 22nd Feb he died 28th March such a sad loss to all the families and friends. Although i liked their music i wasn't an avid fan but this has just hit me hard because he was such a lively outgoing guy. He has left a super strong woman, his wife she has been amazing through all of the care she has given him but this will be devastating for her. R.I.P TOM.........R.I.P AMANI.. Sending my Love to both the families.

In incredible sadness, what a blessing we all were given. To witness Tom's strength. To see true brothers come together with unconditional support and pure love. To know they had a chance to experience that brotherhood and grace us with new music, interviews and support for cancer warriors everywhere. I'm gutted that it ended, but I couldn't imagine a more graceful and beautiful ending. Bless his family and bless his brothers from The Wanted.

I hope people will remember the irony of this and can use these lyrics along with the situation to remember how precious life really is. So many don’t appreciate it anymore and don’t realize what they have until it’s gone.

This is so heartbreaking. He was such an inspiring person and beautiful soul who had to leave far too soon. My thoughts are with his wife and his lovely little children, all his friends and family. God bless him. My mum passed from a terminal brain tumour age 38, it was the worst thing I’ve ever seen someone go through. It was her ten year anniversary this January just gone, and we actually had gold forever as one of the songs at her funeral. A weird tie together. Rest in peace. This hits home.

I lost my husband with a brain tumour, he was 39 years old, it is a dreadful thing to go through for everyone involved. This took me back to that time.

So sorry for your loss. I lost my dad in August of 2021 and it was the hardest thing I have ever gone through. Losing Tom hits so close to home for me as well.

I wasn’t a mega fan of the wanted, but I certainly always enjoyed their music. The little that i did follow them at their height, I thought they all had good hearts and were a fun bunch.
I didn’t learn of toms condition until the news broke today.
I’ve spent the past few hours watching videos and looking at their social media posts.
Life is so short… so precious… and we are never guaranteed tomorrow.
This video kicked off the waterfall of tears though. My heart goes out to the boys, and toms family. I can’t imagine being in his wife’s shoes. I hope the group surrounds her with love and support, and serve as uncles to toms kids. They can do wonders to keep his memory alive.
This show must have been one of the hardest things they’ve ever had to do, but their love for Tom shows and they made his final days so special.
I’m saying special prayers tonight for all of those that loved Tom. My heart goes out to all. I’m crying with you.

Tom knew he didn't have long left,his wife Kelsey knew and his family and the boys knew,I think max and jay are wearing sunglasses because they knew they would feel emotional,they did wonderfully putting on a brave face for tom,the love care and attention they all showed him here and throughout his illness is outstanding,they should all be so proud of themselves,this is what real friends are,poor tom sat there,the colour gone from him, muscle wastage,his eye closed weakness in his side the cancer sucked the life right out of him god bless him,he would of had no energy at all but he still was there taking it all in trying his best,what a trooper, I've never been to their concerts,but I've always loved their music and thought they were Lovely guys,so sorry tom you didn't make it,you didn't deserve this,33 years old it's not right tom it's not right,you had so much to live for,robbed of seeing your kids grow up,robbed of a happy future with you're wife,robbed of walking you're daughter down the aisle,robbed of being a grandad,robbed of a great career,gone but never forgotten tom rest easy now no more suffering ❤️
It's a very heartbreaking story I assumed that max wore the glasses too because maybe he thought if it was just Tom wearing glasses people would ask why is Tom wearing glasses as I assumed Tom wore the glasses because of the eye which had closed from the tumor 😢

@@MissNikki101290 I'm actually shocked he passed when he did, with only getting home from treatment 3 days before that show where he looked so sick,I think they all knew he didn't have long,not sure if Tom did,but I'm sure his band mates and his wife knew, sadly most people with what tom had don't live past 2 years,he lasted 17 months I think,it's brutal

Nearly one year on this is still so sad. It still doesn't seem real. What an warrior is Mr Parker. What you see here is 5 brothers sharing unconditional love for one another. The reassuring hand on Tom's knee was the icing on the cake. They knew that time was running out and wanted to make this special by going on tour being together one last time as a 5. They wanted Tom to have the best time in his life even in the most heart wrenching circumstances. Thank you for sharing this final night of the tour. A shout out to Nathan who filmed this moment from the band's perspective thank for giving us something to look back on for many years. After watching your BBC Breakfast interview I have never felt so warm inside. Tom was definitely a golden kind soul. Sending love and a big hugs to Tom's loved ones and bandmates. 🕊💛

Amazing that this wonderful young man Tom got The Wanted back together! His courage and strength is amazing! Tom might have died young, but he had a amazing family and friends to be at his side till his very last breath! Not many can say they had their love ones with them till the end!

Never heard any of their songs, don't know much about them till Tom's funeral popped up on my feed. I'm so sorry for the loss of Tom. Crying as i type this....just a terrible loss for someone who seemed like a great guy and a huge talent. I'm getting to know who Tom was through his interviews. I am a cancer survivor so it's extremely touching for me. Sorry to all the fans who loved him. I feel bad for his wife and children. RIP Tom🙏❤️

This hit so close to home for me. I lost my dad in August of 2021 and Gold Forever was one of those songs that I just couldn’t listen to without crying because it was one of the songs we picked for my dad’s service. Losing Tom brought back a lot of feelings I had in regards to my dad’s death.
