@@insearchofpeace2151 No....The Tabla Players plays the Tabla with a lower pressure but if he slaps anyone it will be a destructive thing......As I am a student of Tabla from last 3 years and I know how much power my Guru Dev have on his hands.
Forget everything and listen how fine this tabla is tuned!!! So soothing to the ears. Very rare it is to find this much tuned instrument.
Mainly kolkata based tablas have perfectly balanced Sur and Kani. Other tablas are more advanced but not perfectly tuned as kolkata based tablas

He mostly plays tabla manufactured from Anand Bhai's shop. It's in Vasai West near platform number 1. He is considered as Mumbai's oldest Tabla maker.
