Recipe and Ingredients:
3 oranges.
300ml orange juice.
Remove the pulp.
160g sugar.
50 g gelatin.
Leave on for 15 minutes until the gelatin swells.

Do not bring to a boil.
The sugar is completely dissolved.
Pour into the mold (22-16cm).
Don't worry about the mixture being runny!
The mixture should cool to room temperature.

Second recipe:
Cookies 150gr.
Powdered sugar 30gr.
Cocoa 1-3 tbsp. Spoon.
Vanilla sugar.
Melt butter 50 grams.
Milk 70ml.

Add 30 g of chopped nuts to the chopped cookie and cocoa mixture.

You can replace gelatin with agar agar, but just add 30 gr. not 50.
