can you create a collection based of a shopify collection? For example, i have created a collection in shopify with products that have the Tag "Animal".i wanna use this collection on my facebook shop so the collection can update itself if i add a new item to shopify with the tag "Animal". Because if i create a collection with facebook, i have to manually select items, wich means it wont update itself.
Items in my Meta Catalog were imported through csv file from my Etsy shop. Etsy has categories. There are no collections like in Shopify. I never used Shopify so I do not know about collections. Meta has both, Categories and Collections. I noticed there is a button to show "categories", or hide them on the Shops page. There is also a feature to create and add new Collections on the Shops page. Can you explain the difference been both and what is the purpose for each of them? And how do you create these categories?
Are you using commerce manager to import your products? That is where you should organize the products into different collections to then show on your shop!

Is it normal to see the error message "We cannot process payments until you provide your bank information" under the Payouts section under the Bank information tab? I'm set to get paid by ShopPay, I'm synced with my Shopify store but still having this error message. The support is not helpful at all. Thanks!

Ok. I quit. This is so confusing. Alls i wanna do is sell my merch and have them be able to pay directly and maybe send link on tik tok. Ive got merch ready and business name and tax id etc.. i need simple.

Yes they should sync up! Sometimes there are bugs, but they should update. make sure you have enabled the FB & insta sales channel in shopify.
