In this modern era, the value given for nuptial knot is not given within relationships. I mean to say the value given for a thread is higher compare to the person involved. Marital+Arrangement = Marriage. When there is a problem with that life arrangement obviously it leads to issues in marriage life. When the problem is on trust and love, there is no meaning for nuptial knots or marriage. In your story, looks like those married couple lived without this trust and love. Living without trust and love between each other is nothing but living for selfish reason. Living for selfish needs, doesn''t need marital arrangement or long term commitment. Looks like even King Dasaratha understand the Kaikeyi doesn't have real love or trust on him. She wants to benefit out of her relationship. That is the main reason for King Dasaratha renounce his marital ties with Kaikeyi and Bharatha. Don't always try to demean male when there is a problem in marriage. Think it properly. When you doesn't know how to think at-least don't make fun out of other sufferings.
