Moyes was thrown under the bus. Followed by Van Gaal. Followed by Mourinho. Followed by Ole. Followed by Rangnick. Followed now by Ten Hag. That’s 6 managers thrown under the bus at United in 11 seasons. These pundits have been saying the same things over and over about United every 12-18 months under six different managers for over a decade. At a certain point, you can’t ignore that. Regardless of whether Ten Hag stays or goes, INEOS categorically need to destroy player power at United and fundamentally change their recruitment strategy. The biggest problem at United by far is they’ve consistently overpaid for mediocre/over the hill brand players who they sign to massive wages on long term contracts. Inevitably, the players are a combination of not actually good enough/lose their motivation because they are on so much money without having done anything to earn that much money. They lose their hunger and, as they say, down tools. As Jules and Ogden both pointed out it in the earlier segment, it then becomes impossible to move on from these players because no club in their right mind will take on their wages and the players themselves know they will never make United type money at any other club ever again. If people really don’t get this by now then they really don’t understand the core problem at United. Because as much as these pundits blame Ten Hag, it’s a much bigger issue at the club than him.

As usual, PSG won’t win the Champions League which is something that never happens to them, similar to how Harry Kane never wins a trophy. Ok that’s gonna happen to Kane in the future. Anyways, aside from the jokes, PSG winning the Champions League won’t be enough to convince Kylian Mbappe to stay at the club. For months everyone has known that he’s going to Real Madrid next season regardless of what happens in the champions league and the move is so close to happening right now. Sometimes you have to question the timing of his announcement on deciding to leave PSG once the season is over and many people knew that about him, it coincided with the success that they’ve had in the champions league. At the end of the 2021-22 season when he shocked the football world by turning down Real Madrid to renew his contract at PSG everyone knew that he was gonna stay for 2-3 more seasons and then whatever happened in the champions league, he’s gonna somehow end up at Real Madrid. He knows that it’s the right time to leave PSG obviously he should’ve left years ago, but didn’t and might win the UCL potentially. He wants a new challenge and has been destined to play for Real Madrid for many years. What’s crazy is that they might even play each other in the final potentially and by then he’d probably be a Real Madrid player.

I love France when they play well (usually with Pogba in good or top form, preferably with Benzema scoring those amazing goals), but there's no way they're winning the Euro this year.
