I'm sure everyone catches that at the end when he performed the order of operation. He made a mistake, 8-9+10 is not equal to 9+10-8 that's why the results are two different values.
yes exactly at first operation it was +8 and -9 the second operation he made it +9 and -8 anyways it will be the same answer if u rearrange numbers bounded to their signs

Is it possible to get negative gains kp,ki,kd and still get a required positive output? Because i got a positive output though i had all gains as negative values...
