Love seeing the listening to your body at the start - all too often people don't listen to the signs their bodies are telling them and overstress themselves. Especially at this high of a level Jenna, you know what's normal training stress and what's an overuse injury waiting to happen.

My last race was an OD back in 2019. After COVID hit and thus my first 70.3 cancelled I spiraled down into depression. I've never stopped moving but last monday, I started to prepare for raceseason 2025. Taking things very slow as my mind and body can't take much stress yet. However, your video's have always been, but especially now, a great inspiration and they are on a repeat loop. Thanks!

Jenna, my lower legs felt the same way when I wore carbon plates as a daily trainer (Mach X). I switched to non plated and was feeling better super quick. Probably back to normal within 10-12 days.
