This is my second time listening to this series! I have enjoyed it just as much this go round. I love that Lynette incorporates Christian faith and values in her stories. It’s uplifting! Lynette is an amazingly gifted and talented author and the narration is absolutely perfect! I can’t recommend her books enough! ❤❤❤
I appreciate your stories and the faith that you include! I’m pretty sure this is my favorite because it’s about ‘grown’ folks and that’s not the norm. Plus, worry (as a mom of many) is a common struggle for me.
Zane attempting to bake is so cute😂 I always assumed that the purpose of listing the ingredients before getting to the actual cooking instructions in a recipe is so you can make sure you _have_ all the ingredients before you get started😅
I luv your storylines /plots . At one point, I only watched movies on Hallmark, which were bland n predictable with no violence or sex scenes , they r not realistic . I wanted more after a while . I luv the way the word of God is interwoven in the stories. But sometimes too much violence is hard , even though , one hopes that Good will triumph . However, in true life , some times it does n sometimes it really does not . Thank u for your stories n audiobooks , as one of my eyes presents a challenge with watching movies n too much computer time these days. I luv romantic stories .
I understand that the realistic aspects of these books are not for everyone. I endeavor to tone things down while still remaining true to events that are historically accurate to the way things were dealt with back in that day. No hard feelings! I know that my stories can't be for everyone!
@LynnetteBonner it depends on what is going on in one's life , whether one wants to deal with those scenes . Others do not like love / intimate scenes which r life as well.
