भाई बिलकुल ऐसी ही कहानी मेरी भी थी आपने बहुत बहुत बहुत बढिया इंफॉर्मेशन दी है आपका बहुत बड़े वाला धन्यवाद । मैने अपनी इको गाड़ी में Cng लगवाई थी 2016 में। हो गए झटके शुरू लो गियर में बार बार Cng वाले के चक्कर लगने शुरू हो गए लेकिन किसी ने ये नहीं बताया इसमे ऐडवांसर नहीं लगा रखा अथॉरिटी मे भी वही कहानी आपका ये कागज नहीं है चार पाँच चक्कर उस में लग गए Cng वाली RC आ गई गाड़ी के झटके बंद नहीं हुए मैने तो भाई लाख रुपये तोड़ के नई गाड़ी बेच दी ।आपकी विडियो देख के पता चला ये सिर्फ ऐडवांसर की कमी थी ज्यादा पैसे ले लेते वो भी लगा देते मतलबी कहीं के
आपका तजुर्बा जबरदस्त था जिसके कारण आपको परेशानी भी फेस करनी पड़ी लेकिन आपने इसे सभी के साथ शेयर करके जनता का cng के प्रति नॉलेज बढ़ाया है

Many vidoes seen mostly made with good intentions. This appears to be one of the best . May 2020 video I am seeing in Nov 2021 and yet appears relevant due to the comments on fitting mistakes, advancer yes or no and a friendly forgiving attitude. Tks. I have fitted cng in ignis AMT. The mechanician fitted Laveto kit and advancer which had Suzuki written on it. With advvancer connected and setting done on lap top found smooth take off during trials vehicle gave jatkas in between and He immediately disconnected saying yours being new ignis 2018 end there is ne need for advancer and asked me if he can keep it. I was cautious and said what if is it is required later. or else you deduct the cost from bill . or i will keep it incase need comes up. He said you keep it !Presently no issue .Haven't tried high way high rpm running yet . Tks for in puts . My vehicle had done only 10080km in 3 yrs , so perhaps the lag is yet to be experienced. Also i did not see the mechanical doing any setting on advancer if led is lighting up in advancer when raised above 600 rpm . Regarding RTO experience , anticipating this have asked the wksp to handle it . But will have to present it my self. fingers crossed !
You can try to optimize gas injection to manifold through different size of injectors nozzle. It is a lengthy try and test procedure, but it can be solve problem.

Bhai loved the video, facing the same issue , had to remove the first CNG and got the money back, installed new one and facing same pickup issue on slow speed, will install Advancer tomorrow.

Hi Zuby. Great video. Keep up the good work. I needed advice regarding my car. I live in Pune. I have a new Maruti Wagon R 1 Liter (2019 March model). I have a Lovato sequential kit installed in it. I am facing jerking issues whenever the car AC is turned on, especially in bumper to bumper traffic. So much so, that I would rather switch to petrol in traffic. The car runs perfectly at high RPM, no issues at all. However maximum jerking occurs in 2nd gear, low RPM in traffic. Will a Timing advancer help resolve this issue ? Thanks

@@sebhulch9662 Sorry to hear about your problem Sebhul. I went and got Timing advancer installed into the car and now the car's pickup is as good as petrol. Fitting guys tell you not to install the Advancer cos they have to cut one single wire out of 17-18 wires from the car's main Chip unit and then bypass it through the advancer and back into the system. If they do it wrong they have to cut another wire, and another, ruining the system. So it is best to get it installed with someone who has prior knowledge of this, and not trial and error. Also car's warranty guarantee ends .

thanks for sharing your experience bro...i to faced cimilar problem in my maruti 800 cng fitting.lost a lot of money with mackanics.which matters me a lot .finally i removed my cng fitting ..now petrol price is so much dont know what to do..
India me non technical people cng kit ka kam karate hai isliye ese problem hote hai,proper learning karake Kam shikana chahiye bahut informative video hai

Bhayi Zuby I have Amaze 2016 , i was driving with Advancer from last 1 month , suddenly Advancer failed and i had to by pass and drive without Advancer for 20Km and let me tell you my car was FAR FAR better without advancer , becuase advancer was in warranty i got it replaced from the vendor , after replacing performace again went down and i had to remove the advancer , now driving wihtout Adcancer and enjoyig it , what could be reason ??

Sahi h mein bhi advancer lagne ki soch ra hu mere pass Tata tiago h...jhatke bhot minor se h but ac on krte he...1 and 2 gear m car chlne ka nam he nhi leti h..I have to switch off the ac and the have to move forward...mujhe 1400 ka price diya h dealer ne h to chainese he lakin
